James contacted us on or around 29th May 2008 desperate to get an old cast iron bull blasted and laquered. It had to be in place for the following week when his mother returned from abroad on the 5th June. It was old and extremely coroded after being left out in the elements for years. The intention was that it would form a centre piece for the memorial of his grand father and would sit above the urn containing his ashes. We at A1 Fabrication got on the case and soon had it blasted and in the oven drying out some of the internal water from years of soaking up rain. We then gave it a coating of laquer and baked it at 200c for twenty minutes.

As you can see from the pictures, the result is astounding - to say the customer was happy is an understatment!

The two images above show a race horse sculpture we recently painted for a local artist called Rupert Till. This horse was commissioned by a King of one of the arab countries and Rupert asked us to bronze it up from basic galvanised wire. He is taking it to install it himself, along with a garden he designed for them.

Matt asked us to build some bespoke railings for a ground floor apartment he is renovating at present, but required them to be done the traditional way and leaded in not screwed or concreted as other firms do. With the job completed Matt was extremely pleased with the service and efficiency he recieved by using A1 Fabrication.

Jeff brought a set of range rover wheels he had purchased into us to be stripped of all paint and laquer. Using our fine grade of grit so as not to damage his rims, we started the blasting process.
